My favorite part of Christmas vacation is time reading late into the night with the Christmas lights glowing and light snowing falling outside. This year I am lagging behind in my hours spent reading (thanks to fun times with my 2 1/2 year old) but, I am enjoying new Christmas books and the freedom from daily lesson planning, organizing for meetings, and general school preparation.
